Christy Solar does things a little differently than most loan officers: For her, it’s all about building relationships, bringing great value, and having fun with clients along the way! For over 12 years, she’s helped people across Louisiana realize their homeownership dreams – many of whom were previously told “no.” She loves helping families who never thought they could own a home!

She and her team in Denham Springs are committed to helping buyers understand the mortgage process while providing a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. You can expect effortless, on-time closings and a “don’t quit” attitude when you work with Christy. She’s got a heart for this work, and it shows – she’s ranked nationally in USDA volume every year since 2012 and has been in the top 1% of loan originators by Mortgage Executive Magazine for seven consecutive years.

Christy and her husband of over 20 years, Mike, are parents to three amazing kids, Claire, Michael, and Chloe. She’s also got three furbabies – Henry, Barrett, and Bentley – who are just like family members. For Christy, the party seems to never stop… She loves to travel to Key West, attend concerts and festivals, sing, cook, and entertain friends!

Christy is also involved in Operation 300, an organization that provides mentorship, programs, and camps to children of fallen service members. One thing is for sure when it comes to Christy: She loves serving people, whether her family, friends, community members, or those searching for a new home. She’s a true friend to all!
